Adam Rabin Re-Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar
Firm partner Adam Rabin has been re-certified by the Florida Bar as Board Certified in Business Litigation. Under Florida Bar rules, lawyers carry the designation “board certified” for only five years and must apply for re-certification after five years. The re-certification process involves peer review, reference checks, and a certain number of trial, arbitrations and/or evidentiary hearings over the last five years. Rabin first obtained board certification in 2011 when he passed the all-day board certification exam and has been certified since then. Only 5% of lawyers in Florida are board certified.
