Adam Rabin Wins the Sidney A. Stubbs Professionalism Award

On March 27, 2015, the Palm Beach County Bar Association presented Adam Rabin with its prestigious Sidney A. Stubbs Professionalism Award. The award is named after Sidney A. Stubbs, an attorney widely known in Palm Beach County and throughout Florida for his legal talent, even demeanor, and professional style proven over 40 years of practice.

In receiving the award, Mr. Rabin was recognized for leading the innovative South Florida “Got Civility?” Project (the “Project”) whereby 44 voluntary bar associations and 8 chief judges adopted a Joint Resolution to promote the Florida Supreme Court’s amended oath of attorney admission, including the pledge of lawyer civility. Most notably, the Project was responsible for drafting uniform Standards of Professional Courtesy and Civility for South Florida and working with the largest county and minority bar associations in South Florida to jointly adopt the uniform standards.
