Havan Clark is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on complex business litigation, securities cases, and qui tam actions. Ms. Clark previously worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to pursuing a career as an attorney, Ms. Clark worked in the fields of domestic refugee resettlement and immigration law. She received her law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Law Review. While a law student, Ms. Clark interned with the Southern Poverty Law Center and the American Immigration Council, supporting attorneys in administrative and court proceedings aimed at protecting the rights of immigrants. Ms. Clark earned her undergraduate degree from Emory University where she double-majored in Spanish and Religion.
